ALL ENTRIES CLOSE FRIDAY 30th OCTOBER, 2009

NO EXHIBIT ACCEPTED AFTER 9.00am

All Exhibits must be grown on the property of the Exhibitor.

All sheaves to be pulled up by the roots and to be 30cm in circumference

where tied.

Plant varieties to be written on Class Card.

No dead flags to be removed from sheaves of hay.

Please read your schedule carefully, e.g. variety to be named.
